Grace and peace to you all who came into that eternal Sabbath Rest of Salvation in Christ Jesus before God's final days of judgment began on May 21,2011. Having entered that Sabbath Rest by grace and mercy alone, we are no longer under the harsh demands of the law, which says, " Cursed is every one that continues not in all things which are written in the book of the law to do them " and " The man that does them shall live in them [the one who keeps the commandments or law of God shall live in them] " (Galatians 3:10 and 12), but rather, we were made to enter that eternal Sabbath Rest of Salvation in Jesus Christ, not by keeping all the commandments or law of God; otherwise, we would be cursed forever, for no one has perfectly continued in all things of the law. Instead, we entered that Sabbath Rest of Eternal Salvation by His grace and mercy in His electing and predestinating us (making us) to enter that Sabbath Rest in Christ Jesus. And, again, I say that we were made to enter that Sabbath Rest of Eternal Salvation in Christ Jesus because it was not we ourselves who somehow did some good work in spirit, mind, or body to enter that Sabbath Rest ourselves, but instead, it was 100% by God's own doing from even before the foundation of this world when in drawing up His Salvation Plan for this world, He chose to predestinate and elect particular people unto eternal life, knowing that unless He did so, none could be saved, each of us having once been spiritually dead in sins and trespasses and so incapable of spiritually resurrecting ourselves unto life eternal unless God Himself had chosen and predestinated us (He alone made it happen to us) to be spiritually resurrected from the dead, just as He did spiritually resurrect us before all possibility to enter that door of Sabbath Rest in Christ Jesus came to an end on May 21,2011 when the door to eternal salvation was shut forever by God Himself (see Gods 7-day warning to Noah was a 7,000-year warning to us and Proofs and evidence for the accuracy of the Biblical Timeline of History ).

During the Old Covenant, God's people, Israel, were commanded to keep the Sabbath Day holy and do no work at all on that day. We read,

Exodus 31:14 Ye shall keep the sabbath therefore; for it is holy unto you: every one that defileth it shall surely be put to death: for whosoever doeth any work therein, that soul shall be cut off from among his people .
15
Six days may work be done; but in the seventh is the sabbath of rest, holy to the LORD: whosoever doeth any work in the sabbath day, he shall surely be put to death
16 Wherefore the children of Israel shall keep the sabbath, to observe the sabbath throughout their generations, for a perpetual [eternal] covenant

But one particular Israelite, we read in the Old Covenant account, disobeyed God's command as recorded in Numbers 15 where we read,

Numbers 15:32
And while the children of Israel were in the wilderness, they found a man that gathered sticks upon the sabbath day .
33 And they that found him gathering sticks brought him unto Moses and Aaron, and unto all the congregation
34 And they put him in ward, because it was not declared what should be done to him .
35
And the LORD said unto Moses, The man shall be surely put to death: all the congregation shall stone him with stones without the camp .
36 And all the congregation brought him without the camp, and stoned him with stones, and he died; as the LORD commanded Moses .

Wow, what an unjust and terrible punishment to bring upon a man, most today would think. I mean, the man was simply gathering some sticks, likely for the purpose of starting a fire to cook with either that day or, if not that Sabbath day, on another coming day. He may, then, have just been thinking ahead to make sure his whole family would be provided for in the coming days. If that was the case, he was, then, just seeking to better serve his family. So how could a loving God require such a horrible death of being stoned to death for this man, many would think? For reasons like this, many would say that the God of the Old Covenant is just not the same God as the God of the New Covenant, as the New Covenant God is a merciful and compassionate God, but the Old Covenant God is a vengeful and merciless God

But there is much more to this story than what first meets the eye. First of all, this man had been previously commanded by God through Moses to keep the Sabbath Day holy by resting on that day and doing no work at all. And if he did not obey, he was to be stoned to death. All adult Israelites of sound mind must have known that! And when God commands His people, they are to obey without question, knowing God is perfectly righteous, just, and holy in all things whether we can understand why He commands and teaches something or not. So, even if this man may have thought he was doing a good thing for his whole family, he was in disobedience to God and so deserved what he got according to the law, for according to the law, " the wages of sin is death" (Romans 6:23).

Indeed, this man who disobeyed God to do work on the Sabbath is a picture of all who are unsaved and so under God's law today, which includes all the billions of unsaved people now in the world. Because none of them have kept God's law perfectly, whether it be the law written down in holy scripture or the law that God wrote on their consciences, and as James writes, " For whosoever shall keep the whole law, and yet offend in one point, he is guilty of all" (James 2:10 ); therefore, since they have all broken the law in one point or another, they are all guilty of breaking the whole law and so worthy of death. This is why it is not possible to enter that Sabbath Rest of Eternal Salvation and be eternally saved in Jesus Christ through keeping the law and commandments by good works. Why? Because to do so, one would have to keep the entire law and commandments of God perfectly, which is impossible for fallen humankind entirely, "
for all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God " (Romans 3:23). Nevertheless, this is exactly how most of the so-called ancient Israelites believed, namely, that they could be saved (made righteous before God and saved) by keeping His law or doing good works. As the Apostle Paul states,

Romans 9:31
But Israel, which followed after the law of righteousness, hath not attained to the law of righteousness .
32
Wherefore? Because they sought it not by faith, but as it were by the works of the law [by good works]. For they stumbled at that stumbling stone

And, even today, in the New Covenant, many of the so-called Israelites of God (all those who claim a relationship with Jesus Christ) have made the same mistake that most of God's Old Covenant Israel made by thinking they can do some good work to, at the very least, help in some way for their being made righteous in order to be eternally saved and so go to heaven (see
Daniel 8:12 part 6-The Little Horns army uses a false gospel against the daily sacrifice ).

But now, second of all, in the previous account where the man was stoned to death for doing the work of just picking up some sticks on the Sabbath Day due to his disobedience to God and His law; besides his being a picture of all the billions of unsaved people in the world today who will suffer eternal death due to their disobedience to God's word or law in one point or another, His work of picking up sticks on the Sabbath Day is meant to teach us today that everyone who does even the least amount of their own work in order to try and enter that Sabbath Rest of Eternal Salvation to be eternally saved in Jesus Christ will also suffer being put to death. You see, the Old Covenant Sabbath Day of Rest foreshadowed or typified the spiritual and eternal rest of salvation in Christ we entered into upon having been spiritually and miraculously resurrected from the dead by God's doing alone when we were saved by May 21,2011. This is why we are told in Colossians 2,

13
And you, being dead [spiritually toward the only true God] in your sins and the uncircumcision of your flesh, hath he quickened [resurrected from the dead to eternal life] together with him, having forgiven you all trespasses ;
14
Blotting out the handwriting of ordinances [the law] that was against us, which was contrary to us, and took it out of the way, nailing it to his cross ;
15 And having spoiled principalities and powers, he made a shew of them openly, triumphing over them in it .
16 Let no man therefore judge you in meat, or in drink, or in respect of an holyday, or of the new moon, or of the sabbath days
17 Which are a shadow of things to come; but the body is of Christ

Thus, we see that the Old Covenant law and Sabbath Day were " a shadow of things to come; but the body is of Christ
." So what thing to come is the Old Sabbath Day Rest a shadow of? We begin to realize just what it is a shadow of when we are told immediately after we read that the law and Sabbath Day were " a shadow of things to come ," God says, "
but the body is of Christ ." That is, the Old Sabbath Day Rest is a shadow of the body of Christ, which are God's true people themselves (1Corinthians 12:27; Ephesians 4:12), as we are at rest in Christ from having to meet the demands of the law to be eternally saved, which says, " Cursed is every one that continues not in all things which are written in the book of the law to do them " (Galatians 3:10). In other words, we who are of the body of Christ and so truly in Christ are at rest from having to have done any good works to be saved, for all the works for us to be eternally saved were accomplished by Christ Himself alone. So, if we have done anything, no matter how small it may have been, to have helped in our being eternally saved, even if it was just to believe in Christ, or believe and repent, or believe and receive, or believe and keep the so-called sacraments, or believe and anything else for that matter, we are like the man who just picked up sticks on the Old Sabbath Day. Like him, we will be stoned to death on the Last Day. The stone or rock is Jesus Christ, for, as we read in scripture, He is a " stone of stumbling, and a rock of offence, even to them which stumble at the word, being disobedient: whereunto also they were appointed " (1Peter 2:8). And the ones who will cast and, spirituallly, are already casting that stone of Jesus Christ upon those who did even the least of good deeds in an attempt to be eternally saved are God's true people, the Elect, for " Do ye not know that the saints shall judge the world ?" (1Corinthians 6:2). We are the ones who are at true rest in Christ because we did nothing at all to save themselves; our Lord and Savior did it all for us from before the foundation of the world when we were predestinated and prechosen in the mind of God to be saved completely by His Hand alone by His death and resurrection, and then through the hearing of the word of God, for saving " faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the word of God " (Romans 10:17).

The Old Sabbath Day Rest, then, was just a shadow of the Eternal Sabbath Rest of Salvation that we, Christ's body, were made to enter into by 100% of God's doing alone by May 21,2011; we played no part in our eternal salvation. If we think we did play are part in our salvation, then, like the man who just picked up some sticks on the Sabbath, we also will suffer death. The literal Old, Saturday, Sabbath Day Rest was fulfilled and abolished by Christ when He rested on Passover that Saturday Sabbath Day in 33 AD, which began at sunset on that Friday, having just previously been crucified for our sins and then laid in the tomb. And we, His true people and body, the true Israel, were made to enter that Sabbath Rest in Christ where our sins have all been paid for and forgiven by His work alone. He is our Sabbath Rest! Therefore, let no one judge you as to your not keeping the Sabbath Day holy on Saturday as the 7th Day Adventist teaching does, for that series of Old Sabbath Day Rests every Saturday were fulfilled and abolished by Christ at Passover when He completed His work on the cross of paying for our sins, and a series of New Sabbath Day Rests every Sunday began on that Sunday when Christ rose from the dead (see the Sabbath Day
). And we, His true people and body, are obeying that command to keep the Sabbath Day holy always because, in Him, we are always at rest from having to work our way to eternal life and heaven by our own good works and obedience to the law unless, of course, you think that your own good works can help you to get to heaven in some way like the Catholic doctrine teaches, and so you are still trying to work your way to heaven like the man who picked up sticks on the Sabbath Day and so was stoned to death. If so, you are guaranteed to be stoned to death as well by God's true people, the true Israel, who are all His Elect in the faith of Jesus Christ, and who are already spiritually casting the word of God, Jesus Christ, " the stone of stumbling and the rock of offense ," upon you in judgment until you are completely dead because you dared to do just a little bit of work or good deeds to get to heaven.

Now, to close, I am very thankful for all of you, especially those who have continued to join this ministry through your prayers and financial gifts. I know our God will increase you in every way all the more. And may all of us not grow weary in doing good, for in due time, we shall be rewarded if we stand firm to the very end in these final days. Spiritually, the end already came, but physically, this fallen corruptible creation is about to be changed incorruptible at our Lord's appearing. But when He comes will He find faith? Our faith is now being tested in the fires to melt all the dross away so that " when he shall appear, we shall be like him; for we shall see him as he is. And every man that has this hope in him purifies himself, even as he is pure" (1John 3:2-3).
